East Village shopping centre in Zetland, is celebrating the best of Australia’s up and coming food trends this April 9-22.
And arguably the biggest food trend of the last few years is poke, a dish that we have championed since Joel came back from LA & Hawaii back in 2016.
We have teamed up with Masterchef and Everyday Gourmet's Justine Schofield to bring you her version of a spicy tuna poke bowl.
Yellowfin tuna in a spicy Sriracha chilli, sesame and mayo dressing served on basmati coconut rice with avocado, mango, edamame and seaweed salad topped with pickled ginger and black sesame seeds. The recipe is right out of her new book - Simple Every Day
