I'd heard a lot about Salmon & Bear via a colleague who visits regularly and I was duly impressed. They use Ora King Salmon (which we also use in our dishes) but it's cooked in a Mibrasa oven which gives it a very distinct (and delicious) smokey flavour that I hadn't had before. A lot of the branding and identity is based off a camping, outdoorsy experience and the food is really does offer a sense of that.
The quality of the food is excellent, especially given the price point, and it's somewhere I could see myself becoming a regular of.
