At Salmon & Bear, we’re proud to be a gluten-free haven, with over half of our menu being gluten-free and safe for celiacs. We take every precaution to ensure your meal is deliciously free from gluten, including the use of separate fryers that keep our oil clean and uncontaminated.
Plus, our sauces are made in-house, like our tamari-based ponzu sauce and our gluten-free batter for calamari, made from a blend of potato and corn flour.
