the MIBRASA BANQUET

Our Mibrasa Banquet begins with favourites like our salt & pepper calamari & tofu, salmon crudo, and salty & spicy edamame.

Each guest then chooses their own main. All dishes are cooked over charcoal in our Mibrasa oven, while sides are served to share around the table. It’s relaxed, plentiful dining that keeps everyone happy.

The Premium mibrasa BANQUET

The biggest difference between the Premium and the Mibrasa banquet? Dessert, and it’s worth it. As a self-declared head dessert taster, our sweets are hard to put down and the perfect way to end a meal. 

The Premium Banquet also includes an extra bite to start, giving the table that sense of abundance from the first dish to the last.

A few things to know

Once you’ve chosen your date I will be in touch personally to go through all the details, timing, guest numbers, dietaries, and anything special you’d like to include.

Dietaries & Allergies: We’ve yet to meet a dietary need we couldn’t accommodate — we just ask that you let us know in advance for any unusual or severe allergies so we can plan properly.

Everything is handled with care and respect so everyone at the table feels looked after.

A $50 per person pre-authorisation to secure the booking. Nothing is charged upfront; it simply holds your seats.

Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours before your booking, and we’ll adjust everything accordingly. We don’t add a service charge, but if you’re bringing a cake there’s a small $2 per person cakeage, we’ll plate it, serve it, and look after the clean-up. 

Please arrive at your booked time. We don't have a waiting area and your table will be ready and set for you when you arrive.
