The Mibrasa experience is a set menu with your choice of main and a generous selection of sides, starters, and dessert to share.

Named after the centrepiece of our kitchen - the Mibrasa oven - this experience features the smoky, charred flavour that’s become a signature of our restaurant. Cooking over high-heat charcoal, the Mibrasa oven reaches up to 300°C, sealing in all the rich, natural flavours of our fish and steak.
